Description 

 SDP is a structured multi-sport program designed to help youth athletes excel in their sport(s) & develop healthy movement patterns. Throughout the 6-weeks, participants will learn how to effectively train for their sport(s) and protect their body from injuries. Our preventative injury training approach will provide both technical and practical knowledge to ensure each athlete is aware of their own limitations. The primary focus for the program is to make sure they can move well and build essential skills that transfer effectively to sport performance. 

Details 

Period: January 30th-March 8th, 2023

Duration: 6 Week program (2x/week) for 1 hour (each session)

Date(s) & Time: Monday and Wednesday @ 4:30 pm

Location: Think Fitness Studios @ 134 Parklawn Road

Cost: $259 + hst (12 sessions)

          $25 + hst (drop-in)

Location by TTC

Coming from the Bloor subway line. You will need to get off at Old mill station and take the 66B bus. Go for 15 stops until you get to Queenway and Parklawn. It’s about a 15 minute bus ride. Then walk South (same direction as the bus) until you reach 134 Parklawn road. Beside the Queensway auto shop.

Parking

For pick up and drop off, there is parking at the front of the building but is limited. If the front is full please park in the back lot (behind building) in the spaces along the fence (west side of the back lot).
