With a background in soccer, basketball, badminton and tennis, Jason infuses his athletic background into his training approach. His interest in fitness and weight training started in high school where he began to appreciate the significant physical and mental health benefits that can be achieved with regular exercise and resistance training. His goal has always been to bring the idea of “exercise as medicine” to others which had him pursue a degree in Kinesiology. Since graduating in 2016 he has gained a great deal of experience in both the clinical rehabilitation and personal training fields. As a personal trainer and coach his focus is on functional strength and conditioning with a strong emphasis on perfecting technique. His passion lies within helping others to achieve their goals and improve their health and overall well-being to be stronger both in and out of the gym. What you do in the gym must transfer to what you do in life.
