Our team of dedicated and enthusiastic fitness professionals will develop and guide you through a customized fitness program to ensure you achieve your health and fitness goals. Sessions can be booked as one-on-one, doubles or as small group sessions (3-6 people). All of our personal training services include fitness evaluations, custom programming and *facility access. No membership required.
Our group programming provides a variety of class options from functional strength and athletic conditioning to yoga, mobility and mom & baby classes. Classes are kept at a maximum of 12 people to ensure quality, safety and a community experience. We also provide customized Team Training for youth and adolescents through our Sport Development Program.
Whether you want to reduce pain, address injury or improve mobility and performance we can help. In conjunction with customized fitness programming we can also provide on-site therapy through registered massage therapy, fascial stretch therapy and additional integrated therapy services.
