Classes

The core approach to all Think Fitness services is Fitness Personalized. Whether you work with our coaches one-on-one or in a group format, we bring the personal touch and attention to you and your goals.

Think Fitness offers over 30 classes per week for all fitness levels and abilities. Classes range from Functional Conditioning and Circuit-Style classes to Mom & Baby, Kickboxing and classes for those who are 50 plus. Smaller class sizes provide safe and effective ‘hands-on’ instruction and an unforgettable training experience. We also offer specialized Small Group classes, which range from 3- 6 people and provide a more tailored program focus in addition to regularly group evaluations.
