UA (Urban Athlete) – a more advanced structure suitable for those aspiring athletes who love a strenuous challenge
FE (Fitness Enthusiast) – open to all fitness levels, catered to intermediate; a steady pace and challenging workout
P (Progressive) – open to all levels; a progressive and non-aggressive exercise approach

Fit For Life (Rated: P)

Fitness is health. The fitter you are, the lower your risk of injury and chronic disease. Exercise slows down decrepitude, which is the loss of strength and functional abilities through aging. This class will help you to slow down and reverse decrepitude, hence enjoying the things you love for the rest of your life.

Exercises will be done to the pace of the individual and are all scalable to individual abilities. The goal of this class is for you to compete against your former less active self, and to conquer and overcome the idea that you can’t be fit or strong when you’re older.

Mondays and Thursdays 1pm


Kinetix (Rated: FE)

Kinetix is a strength and conditioning class based sport-specific training, functional movement and postural awareness. Participants will use a variety of training methods, including TRX suspension trainers, gymnastics and agility equipment, as well as utilizing the latest in video-capture technology to record and breakdown their movements. Both athletes and beginners will benefit alike.


Yoga (Rated: P)

Each Power Yoga class is suitable for ALL LEVELS. The style of yoga taught is called Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. This powerful, energetic, playful flowing class has a strong emphasis on breathing, and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class.

The Power Yoga flow will torch your calories, tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that is cultivated in a Power Yoga class will challenge you to step up to your edge, and unlock your hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power and living an extraordinary life.

Athletic Conditioning Class [ACC] /Advanced Strength & Conditioning Program [ASCP] (Rated: UA)

Geared to those who want strenuous effective exercise and are serious about their training. Lifting, sprinting using parachutes, jumping, bands, sandbags, kettlebells and Olympic movements are on the menu. High Intensity Interval Training techniques are used, You will get fitter, faster, stronger and jump higher.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 8pm, Saturdays 8am, 9am, 11am


Functional Circuit (Rated: FE)

A comprehensive fitness class that includes strength, cardio, core and definitely Fun! Different every class - go through a series of exercises in a timed manner with professional instruction.  This class will challenge both your cardiovascular and muscular endurance and is scaled to all abilities.

Mondays 8pm, Wednesdays 7:15 pm, Saturdays 12:15pm


Fitmom™ and Stroller Fit (Rated: FE)

Participants with intermediate to advanced levels of fitness will find these indoor Mom & Baby and outdoor Stroller Fit (weather dependant) classes an exciting challenge. Using your baby indoors as weight or your strollers for outdoor classes - this won’t only melt away baby fat, it will get you into the best shape of your life while spending time with your little one.

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays @ 10am


Beginner Fitmom™ (Mom & Baby) (Rated: P)

A slower more progressive approach for new moms just getting back into the swing of fitness. Learn proper technique and posture to help shed some pounds while getting fit with the help of your little one.

Class Requirements: Front or back carrier with back support (slings not permitted)

FitWoman (Rated: FE)

Scheduled at a convenient time allowing you to drop your kids to school and get in a time-efficient group workout that will get you leaner and stronger.  Scalable to all levels but guaranteed to challenge you at your level; this class is a unique mix of circuit training, calisthenics, and muscle isolation helping you tone and target while incinerating fat!

Fitmom 2 B (Rated: P)

A class designed for moms-to-be in all stages of pregnancy. Maintain a healthy and strong physical state, reduce pregnancy-related discomforts and prepare your body for the challenges of labour. Each class provides full body conditioning including cardio and muscular endurance building exercises. You’ll also learn from a certified Pre & PostNatal Fitness Specialist how to strengthen core muscles, improve posture, and alleviate aches and pains during and after pregnancy.

Class Requirements: Completed ParMedX for Pregnancy Form, Heart Rate Monitor suggested but not required.

HardCore Bootcamp (Rated: FE)

An eclectic synergy of mixed martial arts conditioning and boot camp fitness. The program features an endless variety of workouts and focuses on cardiovascular conditioning, weight loss, toning, core strength and muscular endurance – a total body workout!

The One Percent Club (Rated: FE) 

The top one percent survive; the most vicious attacks, the natural disasters, the toughest competition. Learn to fight and get fit at the same time.  The One Percent Club focuses on self-defense and sport fighting.  You will be taken through a thorough warm up and coached on technique as you conquer your martial arts workout of the day. A guaranteed sweat, leaving you feeling accomplished and powerful!

Required: gloves & wraps (*demo gloves provided and 1st session, available for purchase after)

Wednesdays 7pm & 8pm


Pilates (Rated: P) 

A great way to extend workouts, slow things down and improve core and joint strength, posture and flexibility without the impact on your joints.

Run Group (Rated: FE)

Two-time Canadian marathon champion, Charles Bedley takes you through run mechanics while running with you. Learn to perfect your stride rate, stride frequency and running form while getting fit and improving your run times.

Sparx (Rated: UA)

A cardio-intense, full-body conditioning class designed to increase agility, speed, flexibility and core strength through a variety of training methods. Combining sport-specific agility, plyometrics, martial arts, gymnastics, breakdancing and freerunning together, set to eclectic beats designed to set the tempo for the moves.

The Sweat Shack Bootcamp (Rated: UA)

A hybrid of CrossFit and Functional Athletic conditioning, guaranteed to challenge you using the TRX, Kettlebells, Sandbags and much more.  Learn valuable training tools to help jumpstart your metabolism, build strength and get lean! Classes conclude using effective stretching techniques and foam rollers to help you improve flexibility.

Mondays 7am and Fridays 6am


Zumba (Rated: FE)

Experience an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements!

Zumba Dance is a blending of Latin and International music dance themes creating a vibrant, successful fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. The principles of interval training and resistance training in combination with body sculpting dance movements and easy-to-follow dance steps maximize caloric output, fat burning and total toning. An average class can burn from 500 to 800 calories! Most of all it's fun, which will make you stick with the program and get results.
