FitWoman has been added both Tuesday and Thursday at 9:15am, meaning it is now on every weekday morning.
Starting Thursday, January 17th there will be a new Sport Strength class at 6am in the Performance Lab. This class will have a running flavour to it – and will focus on tackling all the imbalances and repetitive stresses that many runners are no stranger to.
On Wednesday, January 23rd, the Functional Circuit class will adjust to start on the hour, at 7pm.
